White water Rafting
Near Victoria Falls, white water rafting on the Zambezi River is a thrilling activity that attracts adventurers from all over the world. Some of the best white-water rafting adventures can be found on the Zambezi, which is famous for its challenging rapids. Rafter skill levels 1 through 5 are suitable for both new and seasoned beginners.
The rafting trips often start beneath the Falls and go through a series of powerful rapids, beautiful gorges, and breathtaking scenery. Every expedition is led by knowledgeable professionals who monitor everyone's safety and provide information about the river's and the surrounding areas' nature.

What to Wear: Swimsuit and shorts/cycling shorts but nothing that water will suck away T-shirt or long-sleeved shirt for sun protection Sturdy shoes/trainers or rafting shoes. Your shoes must be securely fitted to your feet (i.e. no flip-flops) or they will be lost! Wet Suits will be provided in the winter months.
Things to Bring: A way to secure glasses to yourself or they will be lost Sunscreen and lip balm (guides will have dry bag for this) A peak cap that will fit comfortably under your helmet. Bring as little as possible!

Livingston Island "Devil's pool"
Located on the edge of Victoria Falls, Livingstone Island is a unique and adventurous destination that offers visitors once-in-a-lifetime experiences. It is best known for the Devil's Pool, a naturally occurring rock pool that is accessible from the Zambian side of the falls and where brave visitors can swim and look down on the breathtaking 100-meter plunge into the canyon below during the dry season, which is typically August to December, when water levels are lower. Guided tours of Livingstone Island include a boat ride across the Zambezi River, a dip at the Devil's Pool, opportunities for stunning photos, and a unique perspective of the Falls because safety measures are strictly enforced.


Livingston Island
Livingstone Island and the famous Devil’s Pool offer one of the most thrilling experiences at Victoria Falls, where you can swim right on the edge of the mighty waterfall. Located on the Zambian side of the Falls, Devil’s Pool is a natural rock pool that forms during the dry season (typically from August to December), allowing visitors to safely swim and sit at the very edge as the Zambezi River cascades down.
Requirements:
- Swimming ability: Strong swimmers are required, as the current can be swift.
- Age limit: Minimum age is usually 12 years old.
- Health: Good physical condition is necessary; not suitable for those with mobility issues.
Duration:
The entire excursion lasts about 1.5 to 2 hours, including a boat ride to Livingstone Island, a swim in Devil’s Pool, and a guided tour of the island, with plenty of time for photos.
